We want you to receive your BK&J Soaps & Candles products in perfect condition – as they left us. If products purchased from us through this website have been damaged in transit, we will refund or exchange them.

Call or email us within 3 days of delivery and return any damaged product to us in their original packaging within 7 days. Contact us for return information.

 

Order Cancellation are not accepted after the order has been  shipped.
